Happy 90th Birthday

What is Orlando Birthday Gram?
Orlando Birthday Gram is a company specializing in decorating front yards with signs for celebratory occasions. The signs used are corrugated plastic with graphics themed for special events printed on them and Letters you can customize to spell anything on lawn. The lawn signs are also weatherproof!
Orlando Birthday Gram also offers personalized Candy Gram Gift Baskets and Balloon Bouquet.
Yard Gram VS Yard Letters
Yard Grams ($100) are scattered graphics throughout yard with a big center sign categorized by themes and Yard Letters ($120) are personalized big letters to spell anything on lawn with a few graphics on each end of phrase.
Should I move the yard signs?
No need! When we install, we ensure we’re doing it carefully and precisely to not only decorate your yard beautifully but to avoid damages to your lawn. Upon pickup, we also make sure we are skillfully picking up the yard signs. You do not have to lift a finger as we do all the work for you.
Signs are waterproof; therefore, they do not need to be picked up for weather purposes.
If signs are damaged, it will result in an “at cost” replacement fee.
What is your processing on cancellations?
Cancellations are available outside of a 48-hour window before your booking date. If you cancel within the 48-hour window, you’ll only be refunded 50%.
Here are some instances where no refunds can be made:
we cannot set up due to circumstances beyond my control
purchaser provides the wrong address or we are denied access
we get a request to remove signs
If we are unable to set up your yard sign rental, we will grant a full refund or apply credit
What cities do you usually deliver your decorative yard signs to?
We deliver our yard signs to Altamonte Springs, Apopka, Casselberry, Clermont, College Park, Debary, DeLand, Dr. Phillips, The Villages, Kissimmee, Lake Buena Vista, Lake Mary, Longwood, Maitland, Metro West, Ocoee, Orlando, Oviedo, Sanford, Windemere, Winter Garden, Winter Park, and MANY MORE!
When is the yard gram installed?
Yard decorations are usually installed the evening BEFORE your reservation. Mon-Sun starting at 9pm unless requested to install at a specific time. Pick up is 2 days later in the evening as well.
Once the decorative yard signs are placed, you will promptly receive a picture of the setup.
Install times and dates can change depending on the weather, holidays, and drop-off schedules.
What is included in the price?
All of our yard gram and letters rentals range from $100-$120. Included in that price is:
two-day rental
set-up and pick-up
party bag with cupcake
candle
party horn
birthday card from you
The party bag is left hanging on the front door.
Extra days after the initial two-day rental is $20 a day.
Do you take last-minute orders?
Rush requests made with less than 24-hours notice will require a $25 rush fee.
What are Candy Grams?
Candy Gram Baskets are filled with a variety of fun treats like chocolate, candies, gummies, party horn, a cupcake with a candle, and balloons!
Baskets can also be personalized for the recipient with their favorite color and/or treats.
Do you add balloons to the fun yard signs?
If requested, we sure do! We offer Balloon Bouquets that can be added to your yard signs.
Special requests are always welcomed!
What occasions are yard grams ideal for?
Our yard grams are the best gifts for mother’s day, father’s day, holidays, etc. It can be ideal for a girl’s night out, a group of golfers going on a trip, a birthday party, and many more.
Is there a delivery fee?
All deliveries are included in the $100 price UNLESS it is over 35 minutes from East Orlando. If it is over 35 minutes, there’s a small charge of $30. We usually deliver up to 90 miles out from us, ask for pricing.

How long can we rent the lawn decorations?
All yard gram rentals are provided for two days. A $20 charge is applied for extra days after the initial two days. The max the yard signs can be rented out is 1 week.
How do I pay?
Once you submit an order, we will email you an invoice within 8 hours that you can review and pay online via PayPal or with any debit or credit card.
Payment in full is required prior to delivery of your decorative yard display.
If your selected setup date or theme is unavailable we will email or call you to notify you and accommodate with another option.
What if it rains?
All signs are waterproof and weatherproof to sustain Florida’s various weather changes. Yard signs are to be left alone during the rain as they can withstand the weather and can get damaged if moved wrongly, resulting in an “at cost” replacement fee.
Setup and pickup will be completed as scheduled unless there are unsafe weather conditions. If so, you will be notified if the delivery cannot be made due to weather conditions. We will accommodate for another time or date on said occasions.
